$676 the price paid per sq. ft. for this unit, is the 3rd highest per sq. ft. price paid so far this year. The highest was $723 for a much smaller condo, and $686 for a 1010 sq. ft. unit, both units closed earlier in the year.
In May a 1377 sq. ft unit fetched $882,500 or $645 a sq. ft. The James Munroe building was built in 1989.
