There has been 15.40% increase in the average sold price of condos in the Jersey City downtown area for the year August 2015 – July 2016 compared to the year August 2014 – July 2105.
For 2104 through 2015 the average sold price for a condo in the Jersey city downtown area was $628,349. For August 2015 through 2016 the average sold price was $725,107.
In July 2015 the average sold price was $711,514 compared to July 2016 when the average was $755,723.
