The highest price paid for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit was $545,000 for condo # 2705 with 840 sq ft @ $648.80 per sq ft. Unit # 1210 achieved the highest sale price for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom at $855,000 with 1280 sq ft and $667.96 per sq ft.
