There were 17 new Jersey City condo listings last week ranging between $360,000 for a stylish studio at Liberty View Drive and $2,900,000 for a luxurious 2 bed 3 bath at 77 Hudson.
Two condos came on the market at the increasingly popular “A” building at 389 Washington Street. For $460,000 you can buy 1 bed 1 bath on the 31st floor, and for $899,000 a 2 bed 2 bath unit on the 25th floor.
