Condos in the Jersey City downtown area 07302 are selling faster than they did a year ago.
From January 1, 2016 to June 30, homes listed for sale downtown Jersey City spent an average of 33 days on the market compared to the same period a year ago when they took an average of 41 days to sell.
It took a lot less time in the downtown area for homes on the market to land a contract compared to other areas in Jersey City. In the Heights it took an average of 61 days, in Journal Square 73, Bergen Lafayette 58 and West Bergen 93.
