34 condos were sold in downtown Jersey during February at prices ranging between $245,000 and $1,665,000. Unit #3803 at The Crystal Point 2 2nd Street, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 1373 sq ft achieved the highest sale price.
The 77 Hudson building outperformed all others with 4 units changing hands, their prices ranged between $688,000 for unit #2303 with 744 sq ft, and $1,530,000 for unit #4401 at 1680 sq ft.
The Mandalay at 20 2nd Street had 2 sales, units #1010 and #611 closing at $495,000 and $601,000 respectively.
For the month the average price per sq ft at Trump Plaza 88 Morgan was $694. At the Mandalay, 20 2nd Street it was $678, and at the Shore Club $683 per sq ft.
