The average days on the market for condos sold this year at 389 Washington Street, Jersey City downtown, has been reduced to 8 days compared to 11 days in February.
At the end of August only three condos were sold. The highest price paid per square foot was $1,056. The highest price paid was $1,125.000 for unit 30E, a 2 bed, 2 bath unit sold in mid February.
$968,333 is the average sold price for the 3 units that changed ownership so far this year.
