The highest price paid for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at the “A” is $1,105,000 for a 1366 sq. ft. unit on the 32nd floor. This sale closed earlier this month. A unit with a similar floor plan on the 19th floor closed at $999,000.
The highest price paid for a one bedroom unit is $680,000. The 771 sq. ft. condo on the 31st floor sold earlier this month.
