The average sold to asking (list) price for condos in the zip code 07302, Jersey City downtown increased by 0.29% for the period August 2015 thru July 2016, compared to the same time frame the previous year August 2014 thru July 2015. From August 2015 thru July 2016 the average sold to list ratio was 100.14% compared to 99.85% the year before.
