Sold at $1304.34 a square foot @ $1,770,000 the price is slightly below the building’s record for this year of $1308.69 achieved in May for unit # 3404 @ $2,460,000.
So far for 2016 21 condos have sold at 77 Hudson Jersey City. The average sold price is $1,148,666. The average days on the market is 46.
