There is an average 4.26% increase in the sold price for homes in almost all areas in Hudson County during the past 6 months, April 1 thru September 30, 2022 compared to the same period April thru September 2021. West New York and Harrison were the only 2 areas that experienced a decline.
Kearny, Weehawken and Hoboken had the highest sold prices. Kearny 42.88%, Weehawken 8.97% and Hoboken 7.98%.
