18 condos were reported sold in 2013 in the Mandalay on the Hudson building Jersey City downtown according to the Hudson County MLS. Of the 18 units sold three fetched above $700 per sq ft, unit 1206 @ $780 per sq ft, unit 2401 @ $747 and unit 1408 @ $720 per sq ft.
Of all the condos sold in the Mandalay, Unit 609 a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms 1435 sq ft unit fetched the highest price at $998,000, while unit 2409 also 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1456 sq ft went for $916,000.
The highest price 1 bedroom unit #1206 closed at $526,000. The highest priced 2 bedroom unit #1408 closed at $845,000.
