The highest price paid per sq ft was $746.42 for Pent House 6-3, a one bedroom one bath condo with 978 sq ft living space, and a sale price of $730,000. The second highest price paid per sq ft was $742.25 for Pent House 7-5, one bedroom one bath with 807 sq ft living space and a sale price of $599,000.
Penthouses aside, the 864 sq ft condo # 3906 fetched the highest price for a one bedroom one bath room closing at $605,000.
