At the Gull’s Cove, unit #1219, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms at 1674 sq ft went under contract in 5 days at a list price of $1,050,000. At the Trump Towers, unit #1004, also 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms at 1152 sq ft was placed under contract in just 2 days at a list price of $759,888. At the Shore Club unit #1908 took 9 days for an accepted offer, with 925 sq ft, and 1 bedroom 1 bathroom at a list price of $649,000.
