Of the 3 Trump units at 88 Morgan that changed hands the price per sq ft ranges between $645 and $702. The Shore Club condo at 1 Shore Lane fetched $753 per sq ft.
The trend continued for condos listed and placed under contract in July. Of the 68 condos listed for sale in downtown Jersey City in July, a Trump Towers condo at a list price of $812.29 per sq ft has already been taken, while a unit at The Shore Club at a list price of $728.34 per sq ft is now under contract.
