The most popular price range was $400,001 to $500,000 with 79 units sold so far in that range. 72 units sold in the price range $500,001 to $600,000 and 59 unit within the $300,001 to $400,000 range. Some 54 condos sold in the price range $700,001 and $800,000 and a total of 52 in the $600,001 to $700,000 price bracket.
