The price per sq. ft. for condos sold at the Mandalay building, 20 2nd Street Jersey City downtown continue to strengthen. On December 1, unit # 1807, a one bedroom 697 sq. ft. condo closed at $799.13 per sq. ft. The average per sq. ft. price of all condos sold so far in December in the building is $777.71. On November 21, a one bedroom 674 sq. ft. unit closed at $796.73 per sq. ft.
At the Portofino, 65 2nd Street, unit # 801 – 1111 sq. ft. 2 bedroom condo closed on December 1 at $721.87 per sq. ft. In November a one bedroom unit # 1610 sold at $664 per sq. ft.
At the Shore Club, 1 Shore Lane, unit 1201 – 1170 sq. ft. 2 bedroom closed on December 10 at $711 per sq ft. At the Shore South building, 3 condos closed in November , and the average per sq. ft. price was $689.
The average per sq. ft. price of recent December sales at the Liberty Terrace, 25 Hudson was $655.73 for PH07, a 1342 sq ft 2 bedroom. In November, unit 607, a 1342 sq. ft 2 bedroom closed at $782.41 per sq. ft.
