The second highest price paid for a Jersey City downtown condo was $1,955,000 for Unit #1002 at the Crystal Point, 2 2nd Street, Jersey City. At $1228.78 a sq. ft, this also fetched the 2nd highest price per sq. ft.
The “A” building at 389 Washington Street, highest per sq. ft. price $989.89. The Mandalay, 20 2nd Street, the highest per sq. ft price $845.71. The Shore Club at 1 Shore Lane, $833.33. Liberty Terrace at 25 Hudson Street, $823.00. The Portofino building at 65 2nd Street, $792.25. The Shore Club South at 20 Newport Parkway, $775.86.
