Buyers spent 36.40% more on a condo in April 2015 than they did in April 2014. The average sold price of a Jersey City downtown condo last month was $720,509 compared to a year ago when the average price was $528,217.
There was a 14.20% increase in the average sold price for condos sold in the area for the period May 2014 to April 2015 over condos sold the year before May 2013 to April 2014. The average sold price during the past 12 months was $624,358 compared to $546,742 the year before.
