Jersey City downtown condo sales are on the rise again. With days away from the end of the month already 59 condos have changed owners compared to 58 for the entire month of May.
At the Portofino building, 65 2nd Street, 3 condos sold at 100% of their list price: units 2505 for $565,000; # 1503 for $570,000, slightly above asking price; and # 1103 for $625,000. Unit #2505 achieved highest price per sq. ft at $706.
At the Mandalay, 20 2nd Street, unit # 310 sold for $530,000, that is 103% above its list price. Price per sq. ft. $757.
At Montgomery Green, 105 Greene Street, unit # 1802 sold for $1,385,000 in 34 days on the market @ $790 per sq. ft.
