12.2% Increase in 2017 Average Closed Condo Sales Price in Downtown Jersey City

The 2017 average closed sales price for all condo units in downtown Jersey City now stands at $827,206, a 12.2% increase over 2016, when the average was $726,111. This is the highest increase since 2010, when the average closed sales price was $438,249, a 0.9% increase over 2009.

The second highest percentage change was in 2014 when the average closed price jumped to 11% or $597,730, over 2013's $531,784.
