Prices ranged from $217,000 for a 443 sq. ft. condo on Monmouth Street to $1,200,000 for a 1433 sq. ft. unit at 25 Hudson. The median days on the market was 57. The median list price was $595,000, and the median sold price was $585,000.
In the period March 1 – 15th, 35 Jersey City downtown condos had accepted offers. There are 76 active condos listed for sale in the area.
