The second highest price per sq ft was $667.96 for condo # 1210, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1280 sq ft unit that fetched a sales price of $855,000.
The highest price paid for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit was $545,000 for condo # 2705 with 840 sq ft @ $648.80 per sq ft. Unit # 1210 achieved the highest sale price for a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom at $855,000 with 1280 sq ft and $667.96 per sq ft.
