There were 17 new Jersey City condo listings last week, ranging between $360,000 for a stylish studio at Liberty View Drive and $2,900,000 for a luxurious 2-bed, 3-bath at 77 Hudson.
Two condos came on the market at the increasingly popular “A” building at 389 Washington Street. For $460,000, you can buy 1 bed 1 bath on the 31st floor, and for $899,000, a 2-bed, 2-bath unit on the 25th floor.
