18 condos were reported sold in 2013 in the Mandalay on the Hudson building in Jersey City downtown, according to the Hudson County MLS. Of the 18 units sold, three fetched above $700 per sq ft: unit 1206 @ $780 per sq ft, unit 2401 @ $747, and unit 1408 @ $720 per sq ft.
Of all the condos sold in the Mandalay, Unit 609, a 3-bedroom and 2 bathrooms 1435 sq ft unit, fetched the highest price at $998,000, while Unit 2409, also 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1456 sq ft, went for $916,000.
The highest price 1 bedroom unit #1206 closed at $526,000. The highest-priced 2-bedroom unit #1408 closed at $845,000.
