The Portofino condo at 65 2nd Street, which sold in 13 days, went for $550,270, some $10,270 above list price, and $599 per sq ft. It is located on the 13th floor.
The condo at Liberty Harbor at 299 Grand Street sold in 28 days and fetched $670,000, some $5000 less than asking price and $519 per sq ft. The unit is located on the 2nd floor.
