Unit #212, 1754 sq.ft. @ Claremont Cove, 1 Green Street, sold for $915,000 or 108% of asking price.
Unit # 22G, 710 sq.ft. @ the A Condominium, 389 Washington, achieved 104% of list price, sold for $675,000.
Unit 2602, 1104 sq.ft. @ the Mandalay 20 2nd Street, sold for $920,000 and 103% of asking price.
Unit 11B, 1471 sq.ft. @ 700 Grove, achieved 104% of list price and sold for $726,000.
