Condo sales increased during March in downtown Jersey City compared to the first two months of the year. The average days on the market for the 30 condos sold was 35, with an average sold price of $845,183.
The highest sold price was $1,465,000 for a three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2.5 bathroom 1610 sq. ft. at 20 Newport Parkway, which was listed at $1,499,000. The average price per sq. ft of the 30 units sold in March was $797,46.
28 condos changed ownership in downtown Jersey City in January and 23 in February.
