The Average Days on Market up At Trump Condos Jersey City Downtown

Despite more closed condo sales at Trump Towers, Jersey City downtown, the average days on the market for listings increased in May compared to April 2016. So far this month, the average time condo listings spent on the market before attracting an offer was 37 days compared to 18 days in April.

The average sold price also decreased in May to $822,962 compared to April at $892,750.
