The 10th-floor condo fetched $495,000, just $5000 short of its asking price. The Mandalay is a luxury high-rise building of 269 condos. It lies along the Hudson River, close to the Newport and Exchange Place PATH train stations. The building has a fully equipped fitness center, 24-hour concierge, covered parking, dog run, a large heated outdoor pool, playground, community room, and valet service.
