Condos at the Trump Plaza, 88 Morgan St., and Shore Club, 1 Shore Lane, are among the 10 new sales recorded for the week ending February 8, 2014. The 792 sq ft condo at the Trump building in Jersey City downtown fetched a sales price of $550,000, some $10,000 above the list price. The unit was sold in just 9 days and is located on the 26th floor.

The 1280 sq ft Shore Club unit went for $875,000, some $24,000 short of list price. The condo is located on the 15th floor. It was on the market for 24 days.
