Of the 13 condos sold so far this year at the Portofino building, 65 2nd Street, Jersey City downtown, 6 units closed at and above $700 per sq. ft.

Of those closed, the “11” eleven line yielded the highest per sq. ft. price, closing in May at $796 for unit #611; this was also the highest $ per sq. ft. for 2015. Unit # 2111 achieved $751 per sq. ft. when it closed in January and was the 3rd highest $ per sq. ft so far for 2015.
