There are some well-priced Jersey City condos for sale now, and with most buyers distracted by holiday festivities, this is the time for you to make an offer.
In the Shore Club Newport building, you will find a 2 bed 2 bath 1270 sq ft condo offered at $704 per sq ft. In October this year, a unit 1 floor below sold at $669 per sq ft. Similarly, in the Trump building, you can find 741 sq ft of living space on the 5th floor offered at $607 per sq ft. This compares to one on the same floor which closed earlier in the year at $537 per sq ft.
