With sale prices ranging between $100,001 and $2,700,000, the average sale price was $600,485. The average list-to-sale price ratio was 99.26%, and the average days on the market were 33.9.
The most popular price range was $400,001 to $500,000, with 79 units sold so far in that range. 72 units sold in the price range $500,001 to $600,000 and 59 units within the $300,001 to $400,000 range. Some 54 condos sold in the price range $700,001 to $800,000 and a total of 52 in the $600,001 to $700,000 price bracket.
