Jersey City Downtown Condo Sales

Within the past week, 7 condos were sold in Jersey City's downtown waterfront area. Newer high-rise buildings with amenities captured the majority of the sales, with Trump Plaza, The Mandalay, 700 Grove, and Gulls Cove each with one unit sold. The remaining sales occurred in the Montgomery Green building, Waldo Lofts, and Schroeder Lofts.
