Among the condos that changed owners are units at the Trump Towers, which sold at 98% of list price; 180 Washington, which fetched 100.03% of list price; 158 Wayne Street Dixon Mills at 100.01%; and 300 2nd Street, also at 100.01% of sale to list price.
