The Pier House, a luxury condo building at 15 Warren in Jersey City downtown, recently achieved its highest sq. ft. price of $847.57.
The unit #421 – a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 1030 sq. ft. duplex closed earlier this month at $873,000, some $13,000 above the list price of $860,000. The condo was on the market for 7 days.
The second highest price was $802 per sq. ft., achieved back in January for unit #312, a 2-bed, 2-bath unit.
So far this year, 4 condos changed hands at the Pier House Jersey City downtown. The median sale price was $934,000. The median days on the market were 12.
