Year-to-date, January 1, 2023, to present, saw a decline in the average sold prices for condos in some of the luxury buildings in downtown Jersey City, compared to the same time last year.
At 88 Morgan, the average sold price year-to-date 2023 was $841,881 compared to $947,892 the previous year.
At the Mandalay, 20th Street, the average for 2023 was $770,333, and for 2022 it was $858,500.
The A Condominium, 389 Washington Street, was less affected. In 2023, the average year-to-date sold price was $903,166 compared to $941,461 in 2022.
