The pace of sales at the Shore Club North and South buildings in Jersey City downtown was slow for the first quarter of 2023, with only two closed units, one in each of the buildings.
At 20 Newport Parkway, Shore South, #507, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit sold for $1,465,000, or 97.7% of its list price, after 81 days on the market. The 1610 sq ft condo closed mid-March.
At # 1205 Shore North building, an offer was accepted after 18 days on the market. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom 840 sq.ft condo closed at the end of March for $700,000 over its list price of $698,000.
