Two condos sold during first quarter 2023 at Shore Club downtown Jersey City
The pace of sales at the Shore Club North and South buildings in Jersey City downtown was slow for the first quarter of 2023 with only two closed units, one in each of the buildings.
At 20 Newport Parkway, Shore South, #507 a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit sold for $1,465,000 or 97.7% of its list price, after 81 days on the market. The 1610 sq ft condo closed mid March.
At # 1205 Shore North building an offer was accepted after 18 days on the market. The one bedroom one bathroom 840 sq.ft condo closed at the end of March for $700,000 over its list price of $698,000.
