There were 17 new Jersey City condo listings last week ranging between $360,000 for a stylish studio at Liberty View Drive and $2,900,000 for a luxurious 2 bed 3 bath at 77 Hudson.

New Jersey City downtown condos recently listed for sale include 3 at the Trump Plaza, 88 Morgan Street and 2 at the Mandalay on the Hudson, 20 2nd Street, Jersey City NJ.

Get yourself a Jersey city condo for the Holidays

Now is the ideal time to go shopping for your Jersey City condo as most home buyers have put their plans on hold for the holidays. With fewer buyers out looking, you are less likely to run into a bidding war and hence more likely to have your offer accepted.

Whether your budget is $230,000 or $1.3m, there is a condo for you. Last week alone 12 new listings came on the market in Jersey City downtown ranging from $229,999 and $1,395,000.

If you are looking for a one bedroom there are 4 new listings available for under $400,000. If you would rather buy a 2 bed 2 bath condo there are 2 just on the market ranging from $625,000 to $700,000, one in the Liberty View building and the other at the Portofino.

15 new condo listings came on the market in the Jersey City downtown area this past week. Among the new listings are an 800 sq ft condo in the Trump towers priced at $489,000 and a 1270 sq ft unit at the Shore Club 20 Newport Parkway for $899,000.
