Just listed at the Shore Club, Jersey City, unit #1710 – 1280 sq ft @ $969,888 or $757.72 per sq ft, The last condo sold at 1 Shore Lane closed on March 6, a cash transaction for unit 1606 – 800 sq ft @ $540,000 or $675 per sq ft. Also sold at the Shore Club, 20 Newport Parkway, unit # 2610 – 1280 sq ft for $890,000 or $695 per sq ft. This condo lasted 5 days on the market and closed on March 28.

Also just listed at the Trump, 88 Morgan Street, Jersey City downtown is unit # 1607 – 762 sq ft @ $545.000 or $715 per sq ft. The last condo sold at the Trump Towers was unit #602 for $515,000 or $649 per sq ft. This condo closed on May 1.

Still available for sale at the Mandalay building 20 2nd Street in unit # 1810 – 697 sq ft @ $529,000 or $759 per sq ft. The last sale in the building occurred on March 25, unit # 706, a 675 sq ft unit that closed at $540,000 or $800 per sq ft. This condo last 12 days on the market.

Just listed at the Trump Towers Jersey City downtown condo #203, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 734 sq ft @ $459,999. The condo is offered at just over $626 per sq ft, The last 2 Trump 1 bedroom condos sold in the downtown Jersey city building closed earlier this month @ $595 per sq ft – unit 606, and $724 per sq ft for unit 4102.

Also listed for sale, and still available, are 2 units at the Shore Club, 1 Shore Lane. Unit 905, 1 bed 1 bath 840 sq ft condo on the 9th floor @ $585,000 and unit # 1503, 1 bed 1 bath 860 sq ft @$649,900. The last sale in the downtown building in March this year fetched $540,000 – an 840 sq ft 1 bed 1 bath, unit 1606, @ $675 per sq ft.

At the Mandalay building unit # 1810 is on sale for $529,000. This 697 sq ft unit with 1 bed and 1 bath costs $759 a sq ft. A month ago unit # 706 1 bed 1 bath fetched $540,000 or $675 a sq ft.

3 condos were listed for sale this past week at the Shore Club, 1 Shore Lane Jersey City New Jersey. Unit #2209, 780 sq ft, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom was listed for sale for $639,888, unit #1001, 1170 sq ft, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms for $799,000 and unit #306, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms for $885,000. Earlier this month Unit 1606, an 800 sq ft one bed one bath sold for $540,000. In February Unit 1510, a 1280 sq ft 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms closed at $875,000. These are the only 2 units sold this year as reported in the MLS.

Also listed for sale this past week is 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1500 sq ft condo at the Trump Towers, 88 Morgan Street, Jersey City downtown, on the 50th floor for $1,199,999. Earlier this month 3 condos changed ownership at the Trump Towers, unit #1908, 837 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom for $585,000, unit #505, 741 sq ft, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, for $440,500 and unit # 2708, 859 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom that fetched $590,000. Only one other condo sold this year at the Trump building unit #2607, 792 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom for $550,000 in February.

Condos at 88 Morgan and Shore Club Jersey City among new sales for week ending Feb 8

Condos at the Trump Plaza 88 Morgan St., and Shore Club, 1 Shore Lane, are among the 10 new sales recorded for week ending February 8, 2014. The 792 sq ft condo at the Trump building Jersey City downtown, fetched a sales price of $550,000, some $10,000 above the list price. The unit was sold in just 9 days and is located on the 26th floor.

The 1280 sq ft Shore Club unit went for $875,000 some $24,000 short of list price. The condo is located on the 15th floor. It was on the market for 24 days.
