Condos at the Trump Plaza 88 Morgan St., and Shore Club, 1 Shore Lane, are among the 10 new sales recorded for week ending February 8, 2014. The 792 sq ft condo at the Trump building Jersey City downtown, fetched a sales price of $550,000, some $10,000 above the list price. The unit was sold in just 9 days and is located on the 26th floor.

The 1280 sq ft Shore Club unit went for $875,000 some $24,000 short of list price. The condo is located on the 15th floor. It was on the market for 24 days.

88 Morgan Jersey City New Jersey most popular address for buyers in 2013

With 55 condos sold in 2013 at 88 Morgan Street, Jersey City New Jersey, the Trump Plaza was the most popular address choice for Jersey City condo buyers last year. The highest price paid for a unit was $985,000 for Pent House 4-1 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 1454 sq ft of living space.

The highest price paid per sq ft was $746.42 for Pent House 6-3, a one bedroom one bath condo with 978 sq ft living space, and a sale price of $730,000. The second highest price paid per sq ft was $742.25 for Pent House 7-5, one bedroom one bath with 807 sq ft living space and a sale price of $599,000.

Penthouses aside, the 864 sq ft condo # 3906 fetched the highest price for a one bedroom one bath room closing at $605,000.
