The price per sq ft of condos sold at The Mandalay building, 20 2nd Street, Jersey city downtown has increased.
In November unit # 608 – 2 bed 2 bath 1173 sq ft closed at $880,000 or $750.21 per sq ft, compared to $737.42 per sq ft in October for a similar unit # 2103 that sold for $865,000.
Similarly in November, unit # 1805, a 1 bed 1 bath 674 sq ft condo closed at $537,000 or $796.73 per sq ft. In October, unit # 406, 1 bed 1 bath 678 sq ft sold for $530,000 or $781.71 per sq ft.
