Unit # 12Q at 700 Grove achieved 103% of its list price after 26 days on the market. The 1395 sq ft unit sold for $725,000. 2 condos at Gulls Cove, 201 Luis M Marin Blvd fetched full price and slightly above. Units # 916 sold for $1000 above its listed price of $469,000. This 780 sq ft condo lasted 12 days on the market. Unit # 1106 sold for list price of $469,000 after 15 days on the market. The unit was 751 sq ft.
The other Jersey City downtown condos to achieve full price or above were condos in and around the Hamilton Park area on 8th Street and 4th Street, selling at $343,000 and $299,000.
2 condos achieved 99% of list price. Unit # 1205 at 105 Green Street sold at $485,888 while unit # 101 A at Freedom Way, Port Liberty sold for $187,500.
The Trump Towers 88 Morgan Street condo # 4008 fetched $625,000, 98% of its list price of $639,000. The 837 sq ft condo lasted 8 days on the market.
