Jersey City downtown condo sales

Within the past week 7 condos were sold in Jersey City downtown waterfront area.  Newer high rise buildings with amenities captured the majority of the sales with Trump Plaza, The Mandalay, 700 Grove and Gulls Cove each with one unit sold.  The remaining sales occurred in the Montgomery Green building, Waldo Lofts, and Schroeder Lofts.  The sale to list price percentage ranged from 95% at Gulls Cove to 100.02% at the Mandalay.  If you are interested in buying or selling a condo on the waterfront or in finding out the value of your condo, give me a call at 201 232 8577 or email me at janiceNJrealtor@gmail.com.
