The Portofino building at 65 2nd Street downtown Jersey City achieved its second highest price per sq. ft. for the year with the sale of unit # 2502 at $878.13. The 1116 sq. ft condo on the 25th floor closed in mid November for $980,000, just $10,000 below its list price.
The highest price per sq. ft this year was $922.53 realized in the sale of unit # 2012 – a 1420 sq. ft. 3 bedroom condo at $1,310,000 in June.
A total of 10 condos closed so far this year at the Portofino Jersey City downtown building.
