Eight new condos were listed in the downtown Jersey City area this past week. Among the new listings are an 837 sq ft condo at the Trump Towers at 88 Morgan St for $679,000 and a 1555 sq ft unit at 77 Hudson Street priced at $1,450,000. The other listings range in price from $329,999 to $1,389,000 and are located on 9th Street, 10th Street, Regent Street, Washington Street, and West Hamilton Place.
With only very limited inventory on the market, 8 new condo listings in one week is a far cry from what is needed to satisfy the demands of the buyers currently looking for a place to live. It almost certainly guarantees that the sellers will sell quickly and at a price above what they expected.
