Sellers of condos just built in Jersey City downtown are experiencing higher list to sale ratios than sellers of resale units.
For week ending July 19, five of the 8 condos sold fetched 100 % or more of their list price. Of these 5 condos, 2 were new construction located at 93 Bright Street. Unit # 2, a 2 bed 2 bath 1230 sq ft condo sold at 100.06% of its asking price. Unit #1 at the same address, a 1 bed 1 bath 960 sq ft condo fetched 100% of asking price. The Bright Street building boasts top of the line finishes including marble counter tops and bamboo floors, and private outdoor space.
Condo # 1 at 334 7th Street, also new construction, achieved 98% of list.
Other Jersey City downtown addresses that fetched ratios of 100% or more are: 83 Bright, 100.02%, 443 2nd, 100%, and 481 Monmouth also 100%.
