3 condos were listed for sale this past week at the Shore Club, 1 Shore Lane Jersey City New Jersey. Unit #2209, 780 sq ft, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom was listed for sale for $639,888, unit #1001, 1170 sq ft, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms for $799,000 and unit #306, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms for $885,000. Earlier this month Unit 1606, an 800 sq ft one bed one bath sold for $540,000. In February Unit 1510, a 1280 sq ft 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms closed at $875,000. These are the only 2 units sold this year as reported in the MLS.
Also listed for sale this past week is 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1500 sq ft condo at the Trump Towers, 88 Morgan Street, Jersey City downtown, on the 50th floor for $1,199,999. Earlier this month 3 condos changed ownership at the Trump Towers, unit #1908, 837 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom for $585,000, unit #505, 741 sq ft, 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, for $440,500 and unit # 2708, 859 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom that fetched $590,000. Only one other condo sold this year at the Trump building unit #2607, 792 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom for $550,000 in February.
